John has been an artist from his youngest years. His whole life he had been searching for 'something'. Working through different materials seeking a medium that spoke to him. It wasn't enough to be a good artist. He needed to be challenged. In painting and illustrating, he began to limit his pallet to two or three colors only. Then John swerved into paper embossing. White on white. Painting with shadows alone. It only makes sense that he would find himself working in clear on clear. Not only is glass one of the most limiting materials to work with but you can hide nothing. Everything shows. Every line. Every mistake. Glass is a brutally honest medium. So, of course, that's what John falls in love with. And it's been this way for the last four decades. So, whatever the subject matter, whether simple or complex, John is excited to execute your passions onto and into glass. Classic and timeless. Glass and crystal. Beautiful!
